Armstrong furnace shuts off
When your furnace shuts off, it might just be due to a reset button that needs to be pressed. Press the reset button on the front of the furnace, and then turn the power back on. If this doesn’t work, you may need a professional furnace repair specialist for help.

The first thing to check is the gas pressure switch. You will find this switch near the gas valve. If you can’t find it, look for a small rectangular box with 2 wires and 2 screws on it. Next, open the cover and inspect the contacts to see if they are clean and free of corrosion or debris
– if they are, close the cover and try again. If not, turn off the power to the furnace and wait 5 minutes before turning back on. Then check for any blown fuses in your electrical panel
– if you still have problems then contact an electrician because this might be a more serious problem than just a dirty wire or bad fuse
