Viessmann boiler error 58
A viessmann boiler error 58 occurs when the pilot light is not lit or when there is a problem with the heat exchanger.
When a boiler fails to heat up, the most common cause is an error code 58. This error code is caused by a malfunctioning electronic control (EC) board.
The EC board on the boiler regulates the input flow of power and controls the cooling functions of the boiler. Thus, when it malfunctions, it leads to error 58 in the system’s display window.

Error 58 might be caused by a blocked condensate pipe.
There are two solutions to solve the problem:
– Unclogging the condensate pipe that may have become blocked with dirt, scale or sludge;
– Replacing the boiler.
The installer enters a boiler error 58 into the installation software when the boiler is installed. This error code is an error code that only appears on Viessmann boilers.
Viessmann’s boilers are known to be some of the best in their class because they have great efficiency, excellent reliability, and minimal operating costs. To keep up with these high standards, it has been necessary to ensure no errors are left in their production process.
The boiler stops working, and you need to call a plumber quickly. The plumber finds out that the error code is 58, and he tells you that this means there is low water pressure.
Low water pressure can be caused by a clogged filter or inlet or outlet pipes being too long. It can also be caused by the temperature sensor being too far off from the boiler, which causes the circulator pump to stop working.
